Evangheline Farcas was born in Cugir a small
city in Romania, where she lived until she was eight years old. In this little city she saw many things that shaped
her as an author and comes across in many of her stories. It was in Cugir that her parents joined in the Romanian revolution
that brought down communism in her country, it was here that she learned that freedom always comes with a price. In
1991 Evangheline along with her father, mother and sister moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan then moved to Glendale, Arizona.
Eventually she moved to Fleetwood, North Carolina where she now resides with her three children, mother, sister and grandmother.
Evangheline's passion comes through in her writing due to life events that have shaped her and birthed in her compassion for
the abused, the poor, the widows, the refugees... the forgotten of the world. It is her hope that through her stories
people find hope and most importantly that they find Jesus--the one who carried her through all of life's twists and turns.
